The breakfast was a fantastic pick-and-go experience with a wide variety of options, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the property was in great shape and very clean, and the spacious rooms and cozy common areas really added character to the stay. The surprise complimentary bottle of Biltmore wine and jacuzzi in the room made my honeymoon stay truly unforgettable. The southern hospitality was exceptional, and the delicious cookies and wide breakfast selection exceeded my expectations. The socializing opportunities and fitting country decor added a special touch to the overall relaxing experience.

The location is wonderful and unbeatable, to the attractions we wanted to visit. Furthermore, it's right by a rodeo, downtown and many areas of interest, and Asheville and the Biltmore simple.

Lovely welcoming low budget hotel with good value, we had a very nice stay. The location turned out to be absolutely perfect and magnificent, just off central Asheville, which is a mere ten minutes away and the Biltmore Estate and restaurants, the Asheville Mall and Downtown.

The breakfast food was large and delicious, the staff were fabulously helpful. The room was a nice size with a view, everything was perfectly fine. The setting of hotel was reasonably priced, to the flooded area.

I chose this hotel for attending a brainstorming session because it provides an ideal location for team meetings and small, important discussions with colleagues. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable, making it a suitable environment for work purposes.

The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and faxing facilities.

The check in was easy, the staff was helpful and well-mannered. The queen room was neat, included a shower and hair dryers. The breakfast was large and free with omelettes and also biscuits, perfect to start our day.

The hotel is in the central location to the flooded area which clearly was n't helping. The rooms are tastefully decorated and neat, with a coffee table, a writing desk, and a chair. The staff is very informative, attentive.
